  2.  This CD-ROM contains both the International Seismological                       
  3.  Centre (ISC) Bulletin, from 1964 through August 1987, and                       
  4.  the Source Parameters Data Base (SOPAR) from 1977 through                       
  5.  March 1989.  The ISC Bulletin represents the most compre-                       
  6.  hensive world-wide collection of earthquake data which have                     
  7.  been obtained from the analog recordings of seismographic                       
  8.  stations and from national networks collecting macroseismic                     
  9.  data and which have been associated with computed                               
  10.  hypocenters.  SOPAR contains the following solutions: USGS                      
  11.  first-motion, USGS moment tensor, Harvard centroid-moment                       
  12.  tensor, NEIS radiated energy, scalar moments from U.C.                          
  13.  Berkeley and from the Laboratoire de Geophysique, Papette,                      
  14.  Tahiti.
